My husband and I have bought 6 cars from Happy Motors in the last 10 years. We have always been treated fairly. We had a vehicle, that was purchased at Happy Motors, that was totaled in an accident in February and did not hesitate to go back to them to purchase a replacement. The selection has always been great, for our needs, whether it is and suv or sedan. We have always found exactly what we needed. The staff has always been professional, courteous and friendly. I was a first time customer to Happy Motors last week I actually flew up and on our ride that is me and my daughter in the unsureness of the purchase I was going to make without my husband a fellow passenger told me that they where a very honest and reputable company so that sure made me feel much better. I must say that the care and diligent manner that was taken by Mr. DJ was over and above my expectations. He was so kind,caring,and do not think that he is going to sugar coat anything cause he isn't if he tells you something you better know that it is the truth and I can't tell you how secure I felt in my purchase knowing that the salesman that I was buying from was as honest as he you do not find many people that you know are as concerned about the purchase you are making as you are I can promise you this DJ is that man. The staff at Happy Motors went above and beyond my expectations in repairing the SUV that I had purchased from them. They actually put me, the customer, first over themselves and during an incredibly hectic and very busy time for them!!!! I have purchased many new and used vehicles from a number of dealerships through the years and I can tell you this was the very first such experience for me. Mike, Lupe and all the guys there are great and have been so awesome to us. We have purchased three vehicles from them and it has been the absolute best experience with a dealership we have ever had. I tell everyone I know looking for a vehicle to go there because these guys really care about how they conduct business and are really there for the customer. Ive seen tons of reviews that they aren't cooperative and the cars suck but I say the complete opposite. If you have a problem call them and talk to them, they are cooperative, and understanding and very willing to work with you. I can't say anything bad about these guys because we have had an absolutely phenomenal experience with them. My advice to anyone is go take a look at their inventory, they always have a great selection/prices, make your payments on time, and if you have any problems just call them and let them know whats going on and they will be willing to work with you as much as possible.
